Pre-milled (abutment preform with pre-fabricated connection)
The pre-milled abutments have been manufactured on industrial machining devices to ensure high precision of the connections. They are supplied individually with their implant fixation screw. The screw head is compatible with etk external hex keys. Compatible with the biggest implant brands.
Material: Medical titanium, EC marked.
Manufacture: Pre-Milled abutments are attached in machining devices using an 8mm hex key compatible with a universal mounting bracket or hex clamp.
Machining device compatibility: The etk universal mounting bracket for 4 Pre-Milled abutments is comaptible with all 3- to 5-axis machining devices. It is fitted in place of a standard 98.5 mm disk
CAM integration: Integration into your CAM (open) is carried out using your software integrator (Work-NC, etc.)
Scanbody, for digital impression taking
Scanbodys are digital impression transfers used with a scanner to establish the spatial position of the connection of the implant in position and in rotation in relation to the rest of the mouth (digital intra-oral scanning) or on a master model (laboratory scanning system). They are the same scanbodys as those used by the dentist to take impressions.
Their specific form allows very high precision during scanning. After scanning and recognition of the Scanbody, the design process can begin.
They are compatible with the main competitor implant systems.
Digital analog
Digital analogs are manufactrured on industrial machining devices to ensure maximum precision of connections. Their exterior design has been specially adapted to be inserted into 3D printing models via the inside of the model.

Esthetibase interface
Esthetibase interfaces allow you to produce personalised abutments or screw-retained crowns in zirconia, PPMA or E.max.
